Service

We service the Twin Cities Metro Area.

CrazyHops Inflatables provides the highest Customer Service and Care in making your event worry-free and fabulously fun! CrazyHops Inflatables is a locally owned business and we strive to provide outstanding service to every customer!

Our company motto is "We sell Fun, not Frogs", and rent only the Highest Quality, Clean & Disinfected, Safe Inflatables to satisfy our customers.

Our Professionally trained Staff will deliver and set up at no additional cost (refer to our Delivery Areas tab or pdf doc). We offer an Attendant to help supervise the kids for an hourly fee ($25 per hour for up to 8 hours, with a 4 hours minimum charge).

We offer Special Discounted Rates for

Multi-Units (i.e. Rent 2 or More Inflatables)

Repeat Customers (within 6 months from last rental)

Also, we offer to all the Educators, First Responders, Childcare Centers, US Armed Forces in appreciation to their hard work, effort and dedication given to us all.

Also, we offer a Cash Payment Savings of 3.49% to all of our customers.

Free Set Up and Delivery

Set up in or on Private Property (i.e backyard), on grass is FREE

Public areas (i.e. parks), if city certificate filing is required, an added cost of the filing FEE is charged.

Public or Private Property $60 Fee, PLUS certificate filing charge.

Delivery in or on specified Delivery Areas are FREE of charge. Delivery areas not specified may be serviced for an added cost.

Cleaning

The Inflatables are carefully cleaned and maintained after every use. We recommend that you keep a garbage receptacle close by during the event. Charges will apply for spills (i.e. soda, water or juice), urine, vomit, and/or excessive dirt/mud.

Damage

Customer will be held liable for any and all damages to equipment (seams bust caused by overloading). To avoid sudden or accidental mishaps follow the safety rules (i.e. take off shoes, don't exceed weight capacity, no sharp objects in or on inflatables). There is a minimum $500 Damage Fee charge. Customers will not be held responsible for normal wear and tear.

Inclement Weather

We will only reschedule with 24 hr notice if there is rain, thunder, lightning or excessive wind gust (10+ mph).

Reservations

CrazyHops will reserve your date with a 50% Non Refundable Deposit. The remaining rental balance is due upon delivery and before set up.

We accept all major credit cards or cash.

Cancellations

NO Refunds after Reservations are made.

NO Credit is given if notice is less than 24 hrs

A Credit to reschedule will apply for Scheduling Changes with no less than 24 hours notice from the customer!.

Liability Release

CrazyHops Inflatables is NOT responsible for injuries occurring to Rental Customers or to any persons using the rented property. The rental Customer agrees to hold CrazyHops Inflatables harmless against any injury and claims to property damage. By accepting these terms the Customer indicates agreement with all the provisions in the contract / lease. Further, the Customer acknowledges the contract / lease has been carefully reviewed, read, and promises to abide by the general Safety Rules posted on the rented equipment (see Rental Contract on upper right).
